Yes. You must be able to verify your identity with a valid photo ID. A passport is preferred.
No. You do not need a Swedish personal number
Most consultations are reviewed the same day or the next business day during our opening hours. Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saurday 09:00-12:00.
When medically appropriate, prescriptions can be issued in accordance with Swedish regulations. Prescriptions are sent electronically and can be picked up at any Swedish pharmacy (Apotek) by presenting your passport. Please note that some medications (such as controlled substances or narcotics) cannot be prescribed digitally.
Yes. The service is intended for visitors staying temporarily in Sweden.
No. Some conditions require a physical examination or urgent medical attention and cannot be managed through this service.
Payment is made securely by credit or debit card. No Swedish bank account, BankID or Swish is required.
